Stop ignoring your silent lurkers [FIRST NAME GOES HERE]

Hi Reader,

I was catching up with a friend the other day and she mentioned how although she doesn’t always hear from me she knows I am alive when she sees my emails.

In a similar instance, a stranger who turned into a client approached me after recognizing my face while I was on a walk. She mentioned how although she didn’t engage (& I didn’t notice her) she followed me religiously and even mentioned in detail my most recent story post.

Why am I sharing thisReader? Because when it comes to content translating to business success, it’s often the silent lurkers who aren’t liking or commenting that are your potential next clients.

Talking from personal experience...

There’s this lady I've been following for the past few months and although she has 10k+ followers she’s been getting little engagement, yet she has 100% sold me on investing with her (& btw I’ve only commented once or twice on her page plus often forget to even like).

Why because of her customer-centric content messaging that spoke to my current needs, desires, and aspirations + positioned her service as the solution.

So you see Reader, it's not that you have a like or follower problem. Your content simply isn’t communicating your messaging – what makes you unique + your offer promise & positioning you to speak to your dream clients.

This means you’re either;

→ Promising the same offer as everyone else with no unique differentiator
→ Neglecting to share your brand’s stories, philosophy & core values
→ Or sharing a common & unaligned messaging that’s doesn’t truly speak to your ideal clients

Stop following the trend of chasing likes & follows without getting to the root of what really matters...

Because whether or not you have high engagement the person who is interested in your service with buy from you IF only your content is speaking the right message🤎.

✨Right content messaging + positioning = content that cuts through the noise + attracts your aligned clients + supports you as you scale AKA Content Magic 🪄

Hi Reader,As we prepare to enter 2025, one thing I’ve learned (and relearned) is this: You must let go to create space for more. Over the past few weeks, I’ve had several conversations with friends who’ve made bold moves:✨ One let go of a toxic client and soon landed a higher-paying, international client.✨ Another left a job that felt safe but stagnant—and is now thriving in a role they’re excited about every day.✨ Someone else closed a chapter in their business to make space for a new...

Hi Reader,Two years ago, someone told me my content was mediocre. At the time, it stung—but looking back, that single comment turned out to be one of the best things that ever happened to me. Why? Because actively seeking feedback—even the kind that doesn’t feel great to hear at first—has been a game-changer for me. Every few quarters, I make it a point to ask for honest feedback, whether it’s about my content, business, or even personal growth. This habit has helped me uncover blind spots...

The gems in today's newsletter:🤎 Dealing with the end-of-the-year blues & comparison👀 Unpopular Opinion: Your onboarding experience should bring new clients your way before you even start posting. Hi Reader,I decided to send this on the first because this time of year often stirs up a mix of emotions. Gratitude, reflection—and sometimes guilt—start creeping in. Social media becomes a highlight reel of accomplishments and milestones, making it easy to fall into the comparison trap. This time...
