Hi Reader,
Today I'm getting real and vulnerable for a second —about my weight-gain journey. After getting hospitalized and continuously falling sick throughout the first half of 2024, I lost a lot of weight, and honestly, I wasn’t happy with how I looked or felt.
For months, I made excuses. "It’s not the right time," or "I’ll start once things calm down." But last week, while standing in the supermarket, feeling unhappy about where I was, I finally had enough. I decided right then and there—no more excuses. I had promised myself I would work on it (even going as far as not buying any new clothes because I told myself I must gain weight first 😩) and wasn’t going to wait for a new year, season, or circumstance. I was going to start now & stop accepting life the way it was.
And you know what happened? The minute I shifted my mindset and stopped waiting for the “right time,” things began to fall into place. Every “I can’t” turned into “How can I make this work?” It became clear: the only thing holding me back was me. The moment I took action, doors opened, and everything I needed started showing up.
Life doesn’t change unless we do. So, if you’re still sitting on the sidelines waiting for everything to align STOP - stop waiting for the "perfect" time, season, or circumstances. You already have everything you need to make things happen. Use what you’ve got, start now, and make zero excuses. The right time is now. You’re the only one who can make it happen. I’m rooting for you as you take that first step ✨
P.S. I’m starting simple—daily protein shakes with peanut butter and oatmeal (not with anything extra please) & will TRY to update you as it goes!
Content Gem for the Week 💎...
So, let me guess Reader… When you first started putting effort into your social media and content, it was a game-changer. Your growth skyrocketed, dream clients started flooding in, and your business was reaching new heights.
But now, 6–18 months later, things feel a little different.
Inquiries are less predictable. You’re seeing less engagement and fewer aligned leads for your new offers and services. While you’re still getting results, deep down you know there’s more potential—and you’re starting to wonder: What happened?
Here’s the truth: Your content stopped working because you got comfortable.
You assumed that a winning strategy would stay effective forever. But here’s the catch—your business has grown, social media has changed and your audience has evolved, BUT your content hasn’t kept up with that growth. That’s the gap.
If you’re ready to break through the plateau and get back to that explosive growth, here’s what you need to do:
1️⃣ FOCUS ON THE DAILY ACTIONS: The first step in reigniting growth is understanding what’s missing. Are there areas where your content isn’t fully resonating or driving business growth? Take a deep look at those areas.
2️⃣ REFRESH YOUR STRATEGY: As your business expands, so do the needs of your dream clients. Listen carefully to their current realities —what’s changing for them? Use these conversations to align your content & constantly fine-tune it to resonate.
3️⃣ REFRESH YOUR STRATEGY: Your business evolves, your clients evolve, and social media changes constantly. What worked six months ago may not work today. Revisit your strategy to ensure it aligns with where your business and dream clients are.
When you stop remaining comfortable constantly refine and keep your eyes on your content gaps. That’s when your content takes your business from stagnation to crazyy growth✨
